season 3 episode 15, farscape.
FUUUUUUUUUUUUuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu
ive like never been so connected to a show before, it's weird feeling emotions for stuff that does not exist. it was on par with some of the other major losses to the show, made me all mopey, which for some reason makes me feel pretty good. odd isn't it? i don't feel like this for people i know in person (i am a horrible person, yeah yeah) but this goddamn show, it's messed up. though you know, i guess i would be literally more connected with say a frelling tv show more than say...two uncles dying within several months of eachother(one from can you guess it, DRINKING), neither of which i knew very well.
i really need a new sci fi drama thing after farscape is done because i want more. i mean, yeah, other genres exist, but really i have a big huge raging science fiction fetish. even as simple as basic astronomy, i eat the stuff up....WHICH IS WHY I SHOULD TAKE COLLEGE CLASSES ON THE STUFF MY GOD I THINK I KNOW AT LEAST ONE THING TO TAKE UP IN COLLEGE, yay for rambley posts.
seriously, i don't fucking know what i want to take in college, i don't particularly like anything, but i fucking love space. it would be dumb not to take at least one astronomy class. though finding an actual practical job related to astronomy...maby not so hot. though, taking the class for a credit or two shouldn't be too bad of an idea.
and uhh for the record, i do not like battlestar galactica. yeah it's drama, but...it's not my kind of show. it feels way less sci fi and way more "SO FUCKING SERIOUS NO FUCKING FUN SO GRIMDARK MAN FANCY CAMERA ANGLES UP IN THIS BITCH EVERYBODY IS A CYLON"

so ep 15 made me baww, and ep 16...
it's like watching an episode of loony toons(LITERALLY, LIT ER AL EY), holy comic relief batman! im lollin. scorpius even made a reference to william shatner doing priceline commercials. little touches like that make this show a bit more interesting because the main character comes from the world we lived in the early 2000's(when the show was aired) rather than say star trek deep in the future. i guess stargate does this also, and it is in present day...but i don't recall anything real specific mentioned, just general stuff like fishing and football.
