I am honestly getting sick of the new Steam overlay and how often it looses connection to the Steam servers.  Seriously it booted me off servers on TF2 three times in less then 5 minutes because the message was "Cannon connect to a VAC server."

On the topic of driving a stick shift, you basically learn how to do it within a day or two tops, but getting it down takes a little while.

It's definitely a good deal, if only for World of Goo. Penumbra is really good too. I paid $1 because I am a cheapskate. And it went to charity.

I had my final interview at Fedex this morning. Went extremely well. They see me as an extremely dependable, details-oriented man with a solid handshake and who is always on time (I was 10 minutes early for my interview) and enjoys physical challenges. I could not have done better.

I love it how new people to L4D2 call bullshit for a few reasons:
1) How I can head shot them with a shotty at medium range and kill them.
2) They pistol whip a uncoming charger and get charged.
3) Freeing oneself from a smoker tounge by melee it at the right time.

Welcome to any videogame ever. Really, people are impationt and have huge egos over minor bullshit. It's just another case of people not understanding what they're talking about, but talking anyways. Can't tell you how many times I've seen this happen in CSS (people not knowing what hitboxes or packet loss is, people saying that I need a better connection because I have choke problems...). Plus, the endless amount of rage from people when they don't know how to counter something in a fighting game and call it bullshit.

Also just saw Iron Man 2, it was fairly mediocre. Both "villans" are massivly cartoonish, the story is sort of a mess, the fights scenes were generally weak, and the end russian guy goes all weeaboo at the end for some reason.

I've played it a bit. I suck at the game hardcore but I've just been screwing around against the AI. It doesn't really feel a whole lot different from what I remember of the original. I've only tried Protoss though and they feel kind of overpowered.

The AI? Which AI? Have any of the blizz AIs been leaked yet, or were you playing one of the custom AIs people have made?

I suck hardcore as well, and so far can't stand up to the StarCrack 7 AI. SC 5 is weak as shit though.

And yeah, Toss still feel a bit OP, but if you watch a bunch of the pro-games, you can see that it's still well balanced.

i kind of want to get "good" at the game.  that video was essentially like a starcraft motivational speaker. 

unlike street fighter, i have friends that are buying starcraft 2, my friends i can play with all the time, im kind of really fucking hyped right now.  the game comes out in...less than 3 months...the first non WoW game blizzard will have released since warcraft 3 the frozen throne. 

thinking how im talking about street fighter now "hey if y'all want to play hit me up", probably going to intensify 10 fold for sc2. 

or until the motivational speaker talk seeps away from my mind, im pretty easily emotionally manipulated.  still though, my friends play mw2, and SOON they will play starcraft 2.  shit's exciting mang. 

as for races, i INTEND on going zerg, but it's possible i will play terran.  no way in hell ill play toss though, that's like me maining ryu in street fighter or something.  i mean i want to get good at street fighter, but having friends into the same game as you are makes getting those games in together all the better.
