I would have to guess it wouldn't take much mental power to simply jack someone off unless you only just recently realized your powers and are still a beginner. If you were a seasoned telekinetic pro then it would be cake.

We have to consider the scenario and background info here, too. Did both the jacker and the jackee make a verbal agreement to allow this to happen? Do they even know each other? Do they both have powers? Are they alone or in public? There are just too many variables to come to a truly accurate conclusion unless we fully examine the facts.

Well if the full details of the situation were revealed to the law enforcement officials who dealt with the harassment call, they would either not believe it at all; be very skeptical and would require proof; or would have been briefed ahead of time to be on the lookout for telekinetic-related incidents and would immediately bring both of you in for interrogation and possibly experimentation and/or exploitation.

Well not specifically telekinetic rape, but rape in general is illegal. New laws may have to be established if the case makes it to court.

XD I would define gay as having intimate feelings for another of the same sex, not just sexual attraction alone. I'm not gay or bisexual because I watch gay porn, just more sexually open-minded than the average straight male. Sex and love are two very different things.
