Meh, I like anime. I know what its image is here, but I really don't care. I still like it.

Code: [Select]
f(u,c,k,_,y,e,a,h)
{return u*u*u*u-u*u*u*_+u*u*y-u*e+a?k?f(u+1,c,k-1,_,y,e,a,h):0:putchar(u-c+h)==f(u+1,u,k-1,_,y,e,a,h);}
main(){return f(0,0,34,84,2423,26628,72864,98)<putchar(32)>f(0,0,40,125,5809,118995,906750,96)==~putchar(10);}

Same here really.

Also just finished Planetes episode 19, and Hachimaki is a dick.

Started watching Last Exile. I got a dual audio version because I heard the English dub was really good, and it is. I'm 2 episodes in and I really like the setting.

Also, I gave one of my non-weeaboo friends the first season of The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. He really enjoyed it. I think I'll give him Welcome to the NHK next.

EDIT2: I watched all of Blue Submarine No. 6, then I watched Voices from a Distant Star. Both were much, much better than I expected. I haven't watched many OVAs, and I really didn't expect to get the impact I did get from such short works.

Planetes done, it was rather good. It overall kind of had a fairly episodic feel to hit (they kept periodicity saving something from something) but it was still a good show that had a surprising amount of its cast die.

 Fairly good cast too, but something about it just feels off.

Well, to be honest, they each have their own sound and style.

Twilight has Duvet on it, and has a mix of rock and acoustic sounds. It's a bit less mellow than Get There. Get There has a more polished style, with more acoustic elements, but a harder sound, at the same time. It's hard to explain, and both albums are good.
This is going in my sig. :)

So I'm in the middle of Last Exile, Paranoia Agent, and Lovely Complex right now. Once I finish all of them, I'm going to start on Monster, because it's 74 episodes and I don't think I could watch a series that long if I was watching anything else.

Code: [Select]
f(u,c,k,_,y,e,a,h)
{return u*u*u*u-u*u*u*_+u*u*y-u*e+a?k?f(u+1,c,k-1,_,y,e,a,h):0:putchar(u-c+h)==f(u+1,u,k-1,_,y,e,a,h);}
main(){return f(0,0,34,84,2423,26628,72864,98)<putchar(32)>f(0,0,40,125,5809,118995,906750,96)==~putchar(10);}

Just finished the Tower of Druaga.  It easily ranks highly amongst my favorite anime ever.  If you haven't watched it yet, then I suggest you do. :)

Monster is the greatest anime series of all-time. There is no arguing. It is so completely different everything else and so amazingly intense. It's also a shot for shot recreation of the manga, which is also amazing to see. The only other one of those I can really think of is Hajime no Ippo, which is the other best anime/manga series of all-time.

Berserk is the part three of the trifecta.

Monster and Berserk are up there in my favorites, too, along with Slayers, Outlaw Star, and Tower of Druaga (which I just said).  Monster, Slayers, and Druaga tie for my favorite series ever :S

I'll check out Monster then. Also what about Jojo's?
