So I was practicing my hammer ons for TTFAF just now in practice mode, full speed.

I conquer [100%] the ~238 note intro and go on to complete the song with 90% notes hit. 3380/3722

I think that'd be passable in single player.

The intro is the only problem I have in that song. Dunno why. I must be doing something wrong.

I thought the same thing too.. then I just started practicing it.. not memorizing, I still read it with 5x speed on. Just go into practice mode and select the hammer-on section and go with the slowest setting. Keep at it, and you'll get it full speed in no time, like myself.

The main problem I have is the 5th orange key, because my hand isn't that big to reach that far constantly...I can do it a few tinmes here and there, but not as often in that intro.

oh.. maybe I should have mentioned that I:

Hold my index on the green at all times
Use my Middle and Ring for the Red, Yellow, and the initial blue notes while my
Right hand index finger hits the initial note of the song and goes up to the neck to hit the orange and blue notes for the rest of the intro

so I guess the easy way to say it is: I tap with both hands all the way thru the intro

Yeah, the intro was designed as 2 hand tapping, like people do when playing guitar all the time. You hold the green with your left and use your right to tap the notes, making sure to let go and let the green register again.

It's just hard to do that properly.
