ive been seeing this gdm_trayapp load up when i would start up my computer for some time (only today it took a little while to load, so i could snap a screen of it), and im not sure what it is.  if its spyware or something, i would like to have it removed, if its not..tell me what it is.

Looks a lot like spy ware. I'd get rid of it ASAP.
