Well, obviously, the system is always going to be based on making money, but a system like the one I described earlier will be much more accessible. No longer will everything on TV be pop controlled by like, 3 major labels. We'll begin to see adverts for smaller bands, and likely we'll begin to see more open minded music channels as well. Albums will cost less, and be easier to buy, but it'll probably still be fairly rare to get a big name's album for free unless you pirate it.
