Ok so I'd like to update this. One day, the stuttering stopped after i did something, i don't know what it was, all i know is that it stopped. So recently, as seen in the sasser thread, i've reformatted. The stuttering began. Look at my list of codecs, none of which were listed as 'broken' via Sherlock codec detective, and see if there is anything that would cause a conflict and the stutter. This sucks balls.
