Anyone know anything about cars? If so, maybe you can help me out.
'Bout a month ago, car wouldn't start, so I went out and bought a bran new battery. Once the battery was put in, started perfectly without a problem. I kept going down once every few days to start it up and keep it going, but tonight when I tried, the car was completely dead. No starting sound, no lights on, nothing.
Could it be the battery again somehow? If so, what could cause my battery to drain that fast? Brand new battery, dead in a month.
If it's not the battery, what else could it be?
I'm assuming it's the battery because no lights come on at all when I put the key in, and there's also some blue blinking light that's constantly blinking in the car 24/7, I don't even know what it's for.
Any help would be appreciated.

Possibly a dead altinater.

Dead alternator could definitely end up draining a battery really fast. If you have a multimeter you can check the voltage of the battery, which gives you a pretty rough idea of whether it's dead or not (less than 12 volts and there's a problem, most batteries run around 13 volts or so charged, sometimes even higher).
You can also bring the battery somewhere to have it's charge tested, but I don't think that's necessary. I'd say get the alternator checked.

Double yup-ping the alternator!

I think I might just end up towing the damn thing to a garage and getting them to fix it, I just don't wanna pay an arm and a leg for it.

Good news, got my car on the road and everything runs perfectly, but ran into another small problem last night. Last night was just driving around and out of nowhere I heard the clicking sound that is made when I use my turn signal. It started randomly and makes the clicking sound randomly in no pattern, when I'm not using my signals at all. All my bulbs are fine, and all my signals work properly, but that random clicking is annoying as fuck. Anyone know what this would be and how to fix it?

Hmm that is one I am not sure possibly something in the dash I dunno

Sounds like a relay somewhere going weird, but I have no idea what that might be. Tracing the wiring in a car is not fun, either, if you dont know where the problem is.

Awesome, thanks. I KNEW Levitra and Viagra would make my car work again! Great idea!
