You know to be honest I don't know.

They give the key out for almost 3 days. Friday night Sat and Sunday. Twice they've sent me the key to get in.

Problem is, that's really not worth my time. Some people actually have lives, so one weekend isn't enough time to "test" a beta. I get Bethesda isn't very experienced in MMO (or online play at all!) so it is what it is but still, not a happy camper about that.
