quake 3 defrag, its an old video, but this is one of the most impressive things ive seen in gaming.

defragging is virtual acrobatics in a sense, it sounds lame, but if you watch the video for a little bit, to see the precision and strict timing involved into doing most of this shit, you would have to be the leetist gamer in the seven seas to not be impressed.

Also, holy shit, that's amazing.  Another thing that was probably just as amazing as the tricks themselves is how awesome the video actually looks.  Someone obviously spent a ton of time on the presentation of this thing.

I guess he was wrong about only 1 person clicking that. That was pretty wicked. I didn't watch it all, but that is pretty sweet.

I've seen that video before, it's freaking amazing. I love watching quake videos, because I'm always like "oh god how does one do that D:", and defrag is just sheer badassery.
