Title: [eBay] A guy is being sued because he gave someone else negative eBay feedback.

Wow, that's ridiculous.

I can understand if the comment was something worse, like saying that nobody should buy form this guy, and all sorts of other things, but to be honest, had I received something like that I would have left a negative comment. However, if the guy refunded me promptly and without any issue, I would have made note of that as well.
