How has the bike been working out? I'm thinking about doing the same now I see a lot of cyclists in my area. Couldn't tell you last time I got on a bike but it seems like a more fun way to get the exercise I need.

I put this up on my Facebook a while ago showing people how I make my tender fall offf the bone, better than you can get in a restaurant ribs. I promise you these are the best ribs you have ever made in your life.

Ian, you may know Blue Wolf Tavern. That's where I learned to use this method used to work there back in 2006-2007ish.

I've been in the south 10 years now and still haven't had better ribs than this. Promise you, you will turn heads if you make this for friends and family.

I honestly didn't realize you were younger than me, haha. I was just starting college around then, and DDR took me from 250lbs to 195 just after I left high school (and I weighed in at 282 last week…ugh). That still stands as the only time someone recognized me IRL from a picture I posted on a forum, y'know. :P

I'm pretty sure I was 19 when we met my senior year or right after graduation. I repeated a grade and have a November bday so I was already older than most of the class before I got held back graduated 2005 at 19. Yeah that was pretty crazy you and Jared were almost like DDR celebrities to me lol I aspired to be that skillful. I had to bar rape everything. Every time I'd go to Southern Park Mall or Camelot I'd hope to run into one of you guys.

I wish we would have hung out more while you were still up here. I was pretty bad at keeping in touch with people around then (that "oh, I don't want to bother them" mentality, coupled with self-esteem issues) and wish I would have been able to overcome that sooner.

That was a really weird time for me too honestly, though I'm sure we would have had some good times. I at least still had a decent D&D group at that time. However I was also just starting to get into partying having sex experimenting with drugs etc around 19-20. Having lost all that weight and feeling confident in myself about it I was actually really getting serious with girls for the first time in my life. Had a 5 years spree of really dumb decisions and finding out who I was as a person. Had some bad friends that were terrible influences I used to hold in high regard just by being a bit naive. I probably wouldn't have been the greatest friend anyway.

Just know if you're ever in Atlanta you got a place to stay. My 330 trips are far and few between anymore but I definitely wanna at least hang out for a bit next time I get up there. I do remember meeting your parents they were super cool folks.

I've gained roughly 70lbs over the last 5 years. Wife and my lifestyle is pretty much shit.

Was always a fat kid/guy nearing 300lbs by the time I was 15. I lost 100lbs my junior year (right about when I met you Ian. DDR played a factor in that). Was a bit of a back and forth but mostly stable over the years until I ruptured 2 discs in my back. Happened almost 4 years ago during a workout. Pretty sure my profile photo here is last time I was consistently working out and eating good. Been pretty much down hill ever since. Was scared to workout for a long time afterwards and now I'm just so out of shape it's intimidating. With no female to impress as my tried and true motivating factor in the past, I've damn near accepted this as me but I know I'm not really happy with myself.

Obviously with my prior weight loss I know what to do and how to do it, I have just been so "comfortable" in my ez pz cavalier do whatever I want eat whatever I want when I want lifestyle, I'm on a crash course in the future.

Also MFP used to be my shit when I was actually keeping track of macros and what not. I'll add you I should just be Zephlar on there.

Need a boot in my ass fellas.

Bobbias I'm really sorry, that's horrible. I hope your dad is gonna be ok. Try to take care of yourself can understand why you're feeling so sick, but get yourself some nutrition. Don't wanna add one more issue to the growing list.

Not a religious person but putting some positive vibes your way homie. Been watching a lot of people I know go through hard times seems like everything is going wrong everywhere. My best friend has all but lost the small business he's worked so hard for over a decade to achieve. He's already lost 150k this year in contracts. He's gonna have to move back to Youngstown and work his old job siding houses for a while.

Hang in there.

I would consider the red pepper oil NOT optional XD

I am never without sesame oil in the pantry. Sounds delicious I am going to try it. Do you ever use corn starch in the sauce?

You actually really touched on something I had MAJOR concerns about in the demo. The combat stress.

After playing the demo I decided to wait and see how everyone feels about it before I bought it. Initially I didn't like the idea of in game content via digital deluxe option on release, or the full priced multiple releases. I can looked past those though as a fan of the Mass Effect trilogy I can see where setting up a proper trilogy could really work. However that also could mean they are trying hard to put filler content and dialogue in order to get what feels like a full experience.

Everyone is raving about the combat system, but I can't say I was a huge fan with what I played. One of the joys of FFVII was kicking back relaxing enjoying the story as it unfolds. Turn based combat kind of allows you to go at your own pace and doesn't feel as labor intensive. In fact right after playing the demo my wife booted up World of Final Fantasy and all I could think was how much I liked that turn based model and would rather have it for FFVII over what I had played.

I'm still gonna buy it I think when it goes on sale which is crazy because I'm a mega fan of the OG I would have always thought I would be all over a FFVII remake without hesitation, but this industry has destroyed my trust in pre-ordering of any kind even for this remake.

Thanks for the review of your experience. I've been watching a lot of videos about it and few are actually being that critical of the combat system. Seems like a lot of people really enjoy it. I get it's not a "bad" combat system mechanically but...guess I'm just more traditional.

It's also allergy season which doesn't help. I'm sneezing/coughing/runny nose like crazy right now but I can tell it's just my usually annual allergies. Hopefully that has something to do with it Newf because yeah...that would suck.

3.5g would last me somewhere around a week, but that was also considering I was working, and generally tried not to be high at work.

I agree. I don't condone working high. People that do typically don't care about their job at all in my experience. That being said, and this is pretty bad, wife and I go through a half a week. It's the backwoods we're kind of addicted to the tobacco leaf I think.

Sorry to hear that Bobbias. That really sucks. Silver lining at least it's not permanent.

How long does an oz of weed last you? Just curious.

My work life is business as usual. Georgia hasn't really been very strict. Law firms are largely working from home but we're a small firm so it's just same shit different day at the moment.

Jesus I'm just gonna start asking you things first before I talk to anyone else. Appreciate the master class lol.

She's finished.

My father in law works on ATMs and had some 500gb barricudas laying around. Tried to keep cost as low as possible using stuff I already had or could get for free so I popped three of those in. The 770 is from my old build, which it's crazy to me how expensive that card is still looking at what it's going for now.

Rosewell ATX Fullt Tower
RYZEN 7 2700
GTX 770 4GB Windforce
CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4
Samsung 860 EVO 500GB for OS and three barricuda 500gb HDD.

Not a shabby gaming build. This is my first time using a Ryzen CPU I'm pretty impressed with it so far. Between the case and the MOBO this build is sitting pretty on USB 3.0, which our other two PC's are limited on.

It does, though I ended up talking to a local store .He's a pretty honest guy, young Korean gentleman, and I've been to him before. He basically told me the risks aren't worth it. I even mentioned uninstalling all the drivers first and he still felt it was too at risk to blue screen with all the new hardware going in.

As honest as I perceive him to be I did get a little suspect of how adamant he was about it.

Regardless I decided not to upgrade her PC and just use all the new parts on the new case. The new case is better anyway and my wife didn't have anything she's tied down to on her current PC that we couldn't just re-install or move so we decided to just switch hers out with the new one. All around that was the easiest path I think for me.

The only thing I want to swap at this point is the Liquid Cooling unit from her old one to the new PC. My sister is living with us and will be using the old PC. She's a big ol lesbo and she's excited about her rainbow fan more than anything else lol. That and Stardew Valley.

Long story short I have new parts and am getting ready to build a new gaming PC. My original plan was to upgrade the parts (and MOBO) in my wife's PC, and use her old parts on the new case I have.

I have never done a MOBO swap like this before so I did some reading and honestly I'm not totally clear if it's possible to replace the MOBO without losing everything.

Her old MOBO doesn't even support DDR4 I don't have the model info in front of me. This is the new MOBO I bought.

Regardless Spectere I figured you could probably dumb this down enough for me to understand the risks etc.
