I started playing Skyrim again.

SIGH.

I'M NEVER GOING TO FINISH ANYTHING AT THIS RATE.

Don't feel bad. There is no end to Skyrim when you mod. You should not feel ashamed of being attracted to such greatness. It really never gets old.

Skyrim is still my number 1 of all time. <3

Got around to uploading a tutorial on the Volus "Field Medic" class, as I call it. Really the only way a Volus SHOULD be played on Multiplayer. Brought to you in a buttery 60fps :)

There are lots of tutorials on pretty much every other class that are good, but this was the only one I felt needed breaking down because I almost never see anyone playing a Volus properly and didn't see any good videos on it.

Well, look like I can reserve a free copy now. I am really skeptical of jumping onto a new OS right away though. Seems like there is always something wrong the first year.

Spectere are you jumping in on launch?

Are you guys on Origin? If so add me "Z3PHLAR". Would be cool to play Multi with you guys.

I've been playing SM a bit more lately, too. Strange, there must be something in the air. :P

I'm not home right now (chilling with my buddy in Maryland) but if I remember I'll try to throw those packs (including the unfinished, uncut CKBMP3) up on the site, as well as whatever else I can find.

Yeah that is weird. A time for nostalgia apparently. That would be awesome btw. You still have your old collection?

That would be sweet if there was an app for smartphones where we could be linked to this forum.

...as for mass effect 3, if you want to ignore some of the stupid things they did to the story, it has BY FAR the best most enjoyable combat in the trilogy. I probably put over 240 hours into the online multiplayer alone.

Yeeeeeep. Right there with ya man. I have actually restarted playing it on Origin. For some reason the Multiplayer just never gets old to me in ME3.

Also I agree with you Spectere about the weapon mod removal. I didn't like that either. I really enjoyed that kind of customization on ALL my gear. It's like they stripped some of the RPG elements away in ME2. I will say however that ME2 has the absolute best story out of all 3 games. Not to take away from the other two THAT much but when I compare the story arch I have to give it to ME2. Lots more characters than any other ME (unless you count Multiplayer on ME3) with nice story archs.

Honestly ME3 is truly epic and I loved EVERY FUCKING SECOND of it......until the end. I'm sure you've heard plenty at this point though. I don't let that take away from the entirety of the trilogy though because it was probably the most engrossing series of games I've ever played. I'd be lying if I said I didn't shed a couple tears in ME1 and again in ME3.

I'm sure you already have the "From Ashes" DLC but if not I made a video from that DLC that reveals the entire Prothean history.

Speaking of trips down memory lane, I seem to vaguely recall a certain someone walking up to me at the Southern Park Mall way back when and saying, "hey, aren't you Spectere from arch0wl.com?" That was awesomely spontaneous. :P

Lol yeah those were the days man. I couldn't believe you lived so damn close to me. I recall you and someone named Jared being the top 2 DDR/ITG players in our area. I played a LOT and just couldn't get to that level without massive bar raping.

Southern Park, Camelot Lanes, Eastwood, Beaver Mall....damn I miss those days.

I actually started playing stepmania again. I wish I had all the SIM files I used to have. Like the Arch0wl packs and what not (specifically Beserk Lurks competition winning track). I miss Lawn Wake IV also. That was one of my favorite files.

I have all the Anime and DDR packs so I do have a lot, just not the custom list of files I had back in the day.

My GF has been playing ORAS over the last few months. Those are really great Pokemon games it seems. Is Smash Bros good for DS? I imagine it's just as it is on consoles yeah?

I dunno why but I've been hoooked on Virtua Tennis 4 (no longer available on Steam, but I have two extra copies for trade) for a while now. It's how I get my quick competitive fix I guess because the online community is fairly large and quite active.

I'm waiting for GTA V to drop in price before I buy it I decided.

I wonder what it would be like if it came back online just as it was.

I'm inclined to say that's a sign of good beer. My g-pa told me when he lived in Germany they would get 3-4 beers at a time and let them sit and warm before drinking them.

I've become quite the fan of German Lagers myself. Spaten and Warsteiner are my go-to's usually. I think what really pulled me towards the German brews in my beer questing was the drinkability at room temperature. Unless I'm TRYING to get fucked up my beers often hit close to room temp by the time I hit the bottom, and everyone knows your typical beer taste like piss at that point. German beers seem to almost get better as they sit for a bit.

I do enjoy a good Stout from time to time though. Stouts seem to have a punch you in the face and put hair on your chest quality about them. I like them, I just can't drink a lot.
