I got Beatmania US for 15 bucks used

I had a beatmania controller lying around my house, a friend of mine who bought an ASC gave it to me like 4 years ago...and I finally get to use it.

I'm a very casual player, so I probably won't get any good anytime soon, but as of now, it's fun fun fun

Lucky. I had to pay quite a bit more than that, lol. Unless you can find it laying around used it's not exactly common any more.

I paid full price for Beatmania US *grumble grumble*.  Oh well, at least the controller was worth the money.

Quite true. Once I got the slipmat mod done, the controller was pretty sweet. I haven't had a chance to play an arcade, so I don't know how the ideal gameplay would feel, but still.

So I was playing Halo 2 on legendary (Impossible unless you have a decent rang gun or plasmas) with my friend and I noticed that the AI was horrible. One guy on our side was shooting a wall and wouldn't stop. I walked up to an elite and he just stayed crouching until I shot him. Also nothing ever takes cover or really rushes past my cover, all they do is shoot, jump quickly to one side, jump on a box for no FUCKING REASON, look around, and then jump back down. I can't see why people like it's single player so much.

I'm not a fan of single player, though I've never encountered stupid enemy AI, lol. I much prefer playing multi-player, because I absolutely love the feel of the game. It's not too fast paced for me, but it's also not too slow. I'd like to see more maps in multiplayer, but I can't do much about that.
