Comcast cheats like a bitch, though. You only get 20mbps for a meg or two, then it slows down to the standard speed. Time Warner does the same thing. I think they literally only implement technologies like PowerBoost in order to throw off sites like SpeedTest.net.

Comcast is pretty fast if you're in a good area. When I lived in Maryland I was able to maintain a sustained speed of about 8mbps.

I'm in a pretty decent area though. I'm well aware of the fact that they cheat more than people in a game of Bullshit, but in general, my internet is pretty damn fast.
