I plan to go to the midnight release because the guys at the nearby GameStop are all pretty cool and one of the girls there is pretty hot and talks shit about her bad customers with me. We trade retail stories haha. It's also usually a pretty dead GS so it's fun to just go and hang out with them. I've rearranged stuff with them a few times, even when their manager is there. Working there is apparently terrible though as they don't get actual paychecks unless they get direct deposit and GS corporate is really resistant to letting people do it that way.

I started using Vista's speech recognition macros for opening and closing programs. Really useful for easily getting to my music and stuff.

Code: [Select]
f(u,c,k,_,y,e,a,h)
{return u*u*u*u-u*u*u*_+u*u*y-u*e+a?k?f(u+1,c,k-1,_,y,e,a,h):0:putchar(u-c+h)==f(u+1,u,k-1,_,y,e,a,h);}
main(){return f(0,0,34,84,2423,26628,72864,98)<putchar(32)>f(0,0,40,125,5809,118995,906750,96)==~putchar(10);}

now that i think of it, im saving even more money for going release day shipping due to tax.  so pay $6 to have it delivered same day, or pay a little over $8 to go to the store and buy it.

uhh and my N7 shirt came in, AND AND AND farscape the complete series.

 8)

id take a picture but like, mirror = backwards 7N and no photoshop (too lazy to reinstall my "copy" of ps7)

Got about 80 bucks myself and I'm ready to spend. Thinking of getting STALKER CoP (despite CS spitting in my face) and TvC. I'm thinking of just waiting for Metro 2033 after all the stuff I heard about it tho (from what I gathered it's basically a more survival based STALKER, which is my favorite aspect of STALKER).

stalker to mortified = mass effect to me?

while im here, where would i need to go to aquire some of this stuff?

my fightan game skill would improve 10 fold if i had some flite.

i know it's east coast, so maby i could find some 'round these parts, because i don't want to go to illinois or ohio for a 20oz bottle of a knockoff brand of sprite.

Idunno, Metro 2033 doesn't seem that vastly similar, I think it's supposed to be a lot less open-ended than STALKER. I still think you should get CoP, forget about CS, and just rush straight through the plot or something, or just read a spoiler, the ending isn't that impressive, but it's kind of handy to know about while you're playing CoP since Clear Sky gets brought up a couple times.

Alright then. That and CoP is 20 bucks so I'm fine with that.

Also I want to hunt down some Flite. I still need to get a bottle of Tentacle Grape.

I remember hearing about it in some random TF2 server, surprised it hasn't caught on.

Also someone needs to tell me an easy way to open FLAC files. Seems iTunes has an extension but it's also in a file type that I can't open...

I went to the site. A 6-pack sells for $30.99 after shipping, and that's domestic.

Don't use iTunes, pretty much. Winamp, foobar2000, VLC... pretty much any updated non-commercial media player plays flac out of the box, though foobar2000 has the best support for them.

Code: [Select]
f(u,c,k,_,y,e,a,h)
{return u*u*u*u-u*u*u*_+u*u*y-u*e+a?k?f(u+1,c,k-1,_,y,e,a,h):0:putchar(u-c+h)==f(u+1,u,k-1,_,y,e,a,h);}
main(){return f(0,0,34,84,2423,26628,72864,98)<putchar(32)>f(0,0,40,125,5809,118995,906750,96)==~putchar(10);}
