Yeah, that's one thing I've got to say about blizzard. Sometimes they might not respond quite as quickly as someone running everything through automated systems, but they do a good job most of the time. Plus, you get to actually talk to a real person, rather than some automatic system.

Quite as quickly? They're fucking AWFUL on response time. A while ago, account got hacked, took them over THREE FUCKING DAYS to respond to my ticket. It was retarded.

Yeah, their response time is pretty terrible. I've never had any issue that required support, so I've never gone through that crap.

But honestly, as annoying as long waits are, I much prefer to talk to a person, rather than a robot that doesn't understand anything I say, and responds based on keywords and crap.
