My mother and my brother seem to have developed a lovely habit of sitting and watching rather loud videos on their laptops where other people are trying to watch TV in the living room. 

It's really rather annoying. 

Should keep turning up the TV until they notice and ask you to keep it down...then tell them to keep theirs down or turn it off...that's what I would do anyway.

What is this snow you speak of? Also it's not cold down here. It's a bit brisk, but nothing you can't handle with a short sleeve shirt (a thin one at that) and a pair of shorts. I remember needing long pants/a jacket for at least half of a month, then it went back to normal weather, now it has hardly changed. God damned global warming.

If I can get a half decent picture to illustrate how much snow I have, I'll post it. But at the moment, the snow banks on either side of my driveway are about as tall as I am. And the stuff on our lawn is about 2.5-3 feet, I think....

Also on an unrelated note, FUCK TANKS on expert mode of Left 4 Dead. On the average level it isn't a huge problem because we can set them on fire and run away, but at the end of the level there really isn't that much room to run, so we have to run in these small circles while other boss zombies come after us along with a massive horde rush that happens secounds after the tank dies.

That, and he can OUT RUN YOU REGARDLESS OF YOUR HEALTH. Plus their rocks NEVER miss, shit is rage inducing.

Yeah, I wasn't too fond of that.  Granted, my experience of L4D is fairly limited (my cousin has it, but we prefer playing Gears), but as far as I can tell they're almost impossible to dodge.  You pretty much have to depend on other players pissing it off if you don't want it to obliterate you.

I'd like to take this time and take back almost every good thing I've ever said about the Saitek Eclipse II.  This keyboard has great feeling keys, but it's been the biggest piece of shit I've ever typed on since my old Acer keyboard.  Seriously, I've had to jam cut down q-tips into some of the keys just to get them to properly push on the plunger.  Literally, random keys will just stop responding reliably and I'll have to do that.  So far, '6,' 'P,' and the up arrow are all ghetto rigged.
