Ok, challenging a book for showing exposed breasts that are probably about as hard to find as Waldo himself is pretty dumb, if you ask me.

Code: [Select]
f(u,c,k,_,y,e,a,h)
{return u*u*u*u-u*u*u*_+u*u*y-u*e+a?k?f(u+1,c,k-1,_,y,e,a,h):0:putchar(u-c+h)==f(u+1,u,k-1,_,y,e,a,h);}
main(){return f(0,0,34,84,2423,26628,72864,98)<putchar(32)>f(0,0,40,125,5809,118995,906750,96)==~putchar(10);}

Bah, if we can even FIND a tube to replace it. This amp is 20+ years old, and amazingly, still runs quite well. It's pretty wicked for concerts and shit, since we don't need to get a stack+head setup, which is harder to carry around. However, this thing weighs a ton (well, something like 100+ lbs)
This is going in my sig. :)

This is cut from the page in question:

So I now have WoW: Burning Crusades.  Installation went smoothly, then I tried to run it.

First off, since the patches I had from before only worked their magic on the regular game's data, it had to install them again.  No big deal -- they're still on my hard drive.

So I get up to version 2.4.2 when, uh oh, somehow some data was corrupted.  I ran the repair tool and found out that the corruption was "serious."  When WoW suffers from "serious" corruption, it rolls the game back to BC.0.  Long story short, I'm currently waiting for 2.3.0 to install.  Argh!

I have one of those sinking feelings, too, like it's going to do that again.  Now I'm glad I kept the WoW installer around...

Odd...Blizzard type stuff doesn't usually do that Spec.

It takes a lot more patches to keep MMOs "healthy," if you will.  It's not too surprising that there's a conflict given the way Blizzard rolls out patches.  What didn't help in my case was that installing the expansion pack -- which is at 2.0.0 -- over my fully-patched standard version -- 2.4.3 -- seemed to be what caused everything to get mucked up.

I'm completely reinstalling the game from scratch now.  That should take care of it.  I was hoping to be able to get a few hours in tonight, but I don't know if I'm going to be able to...depends on how smoothly it goes from here.

EVE still beats WoW hands down as far as patching goes.  The fact that the client installer on their site is always up-to-date makes me even happier.
