The biggest deal breakers for me when it comes to the iPhone is the exclusivity and price.  It's a fine device aside from that.  Its on-screen keyboard actually proves to be easier to adapt to than the Blackberry's QWERTY keyboard (even the full-sized ones) despite them being actual keys, probably because the iPhone's texting system is so forgiving.

I just got one of these:



It's replacing that piece of garbage Saitek Eclipse II that I had.  NEVER EVER BUY AN ECLIPSE II.  I treated that thing very well and now, after less than a year of ownership, most of the keys are either unresponsive or trigger multiple times per keystroke.  Additionally, the space bar is literally cracking in half.  I should have never switched away from Logitech...they actually know how to make input devices.

The keys on the G15 feel absolutely wonderful.  While the Eclipse II has kind of mushy keys, the ones on the G15 feel crisp and responsive.  I can honestly say that it's worth what I paid for it.

Not quite so much when it requires hardcoded byte maps for the arrow graphics. Though, I do agree that it should have separate files and load more dynamically.

Well, there are times when it comes in handy, but in general copying things can really make some bad code, lol.

Also, yeah, it's not like I don't trust him, but it's one of those "you'd better know what you're doing" warnings, because I know VERY WELL how spaghetti code is a PAIN IN THE ASS to deal with.
