You're going to have to let go, my friend. The spam bots...they don't care about you. They aren't listening. They pretend that they care about your pen1s size or whether or not you're wearing a GENIUNER0LEX but in reality all they want is your cold, hard cash (and possibly your credit card information).

As for your actual question, you could always stand in front of a mirror and talk to yourself. It works for me! ;D
