Same here.  Oh well, it's still kind of nice to have a game to kill time with (my current record for clearing the game from start to finish is 43.5 minutes...I intend to get below 40).  And you'd better believe that when people start making quality custom levels I'm going to be all over that shit.

Yeah, that'll be awesome with custom levels. This game is friggin' killer, I hope the puzzle rooms will never end. Its great!
I'm still unlocking achievements right now. This second i'm doing the 30k fall through the celing/floor portals :O
Oh, and prior to that, I beat all the advanced levels.
That last level with the turret guns was a bitch.

For the 30K thing I think I'm seriously going to set it up and run to Chipotle or something.  I literally sat in front of my computer playing PSP for a few minutes and that little bit of time wasn't long enough.

I think they went a wee bit overboard on that achievement.

Yeah, you need to carry it with you until the end.  It won't let you continue until you've...disposed of it. *sniff*

And its just basically kind of a "joke"...if you watch spec's video, listen to what the voice is saying about it..."cannot speak and will not stab you" and what not. They got lots of little funny things in the game such as the "cake" for your party lol. But anyway, to sum it all up, the companion cube helps you through obstacles you wouldn't be able to get past (using it as a ledge to climb high walls and what not)

I was laughing all the way through Portal thanks to little things like that.  The companion cube was the best thing ever.  When I took a look at it and saw the hearts on the sides I just busted out laughing.

Yeah, I haven't even played the game before, and I still laugh at it.

Woo, I beat Portal in 38 minutes, 30 seconds, including loading times.  I think it's safe to say that I shattered my original 40 minutes goal.

Grats man. Now...have you beat all the advanced rooms and gold medaled the challenges? I just completed all the advanced rooms last night...tonight after work i'm gonna start doing the challenges (not sure how hard they are)

p.s: I laughed quite hard too when I saw the <3's on the cube, and also the stuff the robot chick sais is hilarious.
My favorite part is where you had to launch yourself up on a platform for the first time and she was like..."WEEEEEEEEEEEE!"

I beat all of the advanced rooms and did a few of the challenges.  Some of the challenges are really hard.  It's definitely going to take some time to get through them (not to mention a completely different way of doing the levels).

And oh yeah, GLaDOS's lines are awesome.  One of my favorites was "If you are feeling tired from thirst, feel free to pass out." XD
