What service were you streaming to and what kind of rig are you running? Using Streamlabs or just OBS?

Was it a stream you tested or was it a recording you tested? If it was a recording were you savings it the same hard drive your game was running out of? Sometimes that can hurt your performance.

I tried both livestream and recording, they were both awful, laggy and low quality with just OBS.

Double post.
Basically...Look at Markipliers livestreams and recordings. I want mine like that. Clean, crisp @60fps with great audio and quality.

You have a better CPU than I do, the same amount of ram, and a somewhat slower GPU that is still not bad. You should honestly be able to stream just fine. I'm sure somewhere some setting is messed up. The only computers that should get laggy when streaming/recording video are like laptops (at least, anything that isn't expensive).
