Spectere:
A few spam bots managed to register to the site with a *@mail.ru address.  They never made any posts (most likely because you cannot create threads in the first two forums, the very ones that most bots target) but despite me deleting the user repeatedly it kept coming back.  Since I have never seen a legitimate user use a mail.ru address, I decided to smack it down with the ban hammer.

Seems like a good idea, you'd think they'd be smart enough to have the bot registered to a hotmail or something.
