Yes, it's certainly funny that while inflation continues to rise, property values drop but housing prices rise, and the overall cost of living jumps while the overall pay rate stays exactly at the low amount it's always been. I love struggling to live.

Shitty. Until recently, canada had a problem like that. Before the last couple changes to minimum wage, the cost of living as quite a bit highger, due to inflation and such. It had been 10 years since they last changed it until recently.

Well I haven't experienced other presidents other than two years of GHWB and Bill Clinton where I wasn't really aware of either, but from what i've heard it's common for the economy to slow down come the end of a 2 term presidency.
