Well, if there was a way you could click and choose which topics could come or stay, it would be great, but IIRC I don't think you can do that.

Sadly, no.

Technically I could weed through the database and manually add the new posts but holy fuck that would be a lot of work. XD  The SQL dump being a 14MB text file doesn't make that task sound any more attractive.

IMO we've already started, and we have a foundation again, so let's keep this one. However, i would kinda like to see the old version up, for any posts or things I missed

Yeah, that's a good idea.  Not to mention easy to do, as you well know.

Yeah, just have S.net v3.0 as a read-only archive somewhere else on the site and keep v4.0 as we have right now.

im fine with things as is.

hell, if you decide to wipe all topics each month, i honestly wouldn't mind.  less old junk to wade through, only current topics.
