hey guess what

bought a 6'er of heineken, and a 1/5th of sailor jerry. i've been partial to cpt. morgan, but i thought i'd go for this different brand this time around. higher alcohol content (sailor is 92 proof as opposed to cpt. which is 72), and a different, sweeter flavor. both are Caribbean rums.

Sailor Jerry is a beast. My friends got into it once they couldn't smoke pot any more (legal reasons).

guys i just found my new favorite rum.  cpt morgan tastes alrighty, but sailor jerry, as mort said, is a BEAST. comparing the a;lchool conttent is more than enough to outweigh the quality. sailor jerry obtains the wanted results quicker and with a bit better, more sweet taste.

did your friends get caught with it and have to take like.. required drug tests or something?

I'm generally not a rum guy, but if I do drink it, I prefer Appleton Estate Reserve. Not the cheap stuff, but the shit that's like, $60 for a 26er, lol. The difference between then Reserve and regular is actually pretty big. The reserve has a much more fruity flavour, rather than the regular rum flavour. It mixes better for stuff like rum and coke, and is infinitely more drinkable. Generally, this stuff is a VERY dark rum.

I personally enjoy beer. But I do think it's a bit of an acquired taste, because I hated it when I first started drinking it.

Was hanging out with friends, but had to drive my GF home, so I couldn't drink (and I only have my G2, so literally NO beer), hung out after at friends place till about 4. When I was leaving, they gave me a bud light with lime to try when I got home. It's warm, and still tastes awesome.

lol, yeah, it would be hard to drink much of it. When it comes to volume, I think my favourite is Guinness, because of the lighter carbonation. I can fucking guzzle that shit like mad when it's draft.
