Cox suspended my internet
« on: May 27, 2008, 02:31:38 AM »
For a couple hours. I told my mom and she went on the phone with them. She just came and knocked on my door and asked if I downloaded a movie on may 15th, No country for old men. I'm like "no..." and she said the RIAA caught an illegal copy and traced it to our ip and Cox suspended our service. I just "no i didn't download anything". Even though my mom knows I use limewire and bit torrent and all that nothing like this has ever happened. It caught me off guard and I guess I gotta lay low on the pirating.

Weird thing is I downloaded that movie back in march or april.

Wow.  Zero tolerance much?

I should just find a random person with Cox on this site, call up Cox, give them the IP, and say "SOMEONE FROM UR SERVICE FUKT MY FORM" and see what happens.

The RIAA/MPAA seems to be in the habit of picking on users under 20 or over age 40. rofl.

What's curious to me is why the RIAA would be interested in something the MPAA would be pissed over. Teamwork? lol.

In other news, fuck the MafiAA.

Edit:

Cocks internet.

Edit edit:

I should just find a random person with cocks on this site

Jinxie has more than one, IIRC. :P

We pressed on. Shortly afterwards, we arrived in a poisonous, post-apocalyptic hell - a sprawling, toxic dumping ground stretching for a mile or two. This is the final resting place for your old TV, computer or mobile phone.

Wow that's scary, I know I'm going to do my fair share of PIRATAN when I get my new PC going.

You have been corrected.

Just one right now, as far as I know.  Unless you want to include pyroko, of course.

yeah I only have one, but you can borrow it.  I just ask that you bag it up man, WELL BEING IS KEY :D

also, with my isp, if we use more than 5 gb of bandwidth they slow us down to 32k for the rest of the month.

it's pretty retarded.
