Dynamite Cop (I think I have that one, somewhere...)
Sonic Adventure 2 (I'm pretty sure my friend has Sonic Adventure 1)
Soul Calibur (I think my friend has that one as well)

Bangai-O is awesome, as is Ikaruga (but that's on the 360 for $10). I've heard people say that Grandia II is the best JRPG of the generation, but I'm a bit wary of making that claim.

It's certainly very good. Skies of Arcadia is also fantastic, though the DC version has an unbelievably high encounter rate for some areas.

Find Zusar Vasar for one of the worst games ever made.
