I should probably get around to doing that some day.

It's pretty hard to take a driver's test when you're alone for two months straight and then, once people are around, they're off getting stenosis done, thus needing me to take care of them. And considering my uncle's dying of melanoma and honestly, asking them to not go visit him so they can help me would be pretty douchebaggy. My mom lost one brother before his time already and she's been taking care of her mother (why I was alone for two months so it's hitting her pretty hard.

I'm thinking of starting up medical transcription training. The training doesn't take especially long, doesn't cost all that much ($1300 I think?), it requires an excellent memory and fast typing skills (two things I have in spades) and you can do it from home and work as much as you want. And it's in pretty high demand considering how there are always new medical reports/patient documents to transcribe.

I just need to find the startup money.

Oh, I also turned 24 on the 17th. Worthless birthday.

I didn't really have that many excuses. I took my first test a long time ago, and a small mistake coupled with a terrible instructor meant I failed. I had scheduled a test a few weeks after that, but then our car got repo'd, since we were driving my at-the-time recently dead grandmother's car, and they decided that despite the fact that we were making payments, we never refinanced it into our name so it was a liability. Then my learner's permit expired, and I got a new one, and then just never did anything. The car we have now is a Magnum, and it's an awkwardly shaped, god-awful piece of shit and I hate driving it so I wouldn't go test in it, so we rented a Cobalt, which is like one step above a Matchbox car.

Lol, really? The cobalt is practically th Pontiac G5, and last I checked, my mom's G5 is rather roomy for being a small 4 door.

Unless it was a 2 door that you had. Those would likely be fucking tiny.

Ouch, that blows.

I've never been in a real crash, but one of my friends has. He decided to pull off the road to answer his phone last winter, and because it was winter, there wasn't much room to the side of the road. Well, somebody in a van managed to hit him on the driver side back corner completely taking out his lights, and smashing the entire driver side of the car he was in. The car was about 6 inches smaller (and totaled) after the crash. And they needed to cut him out with the jaws of life...

So I didn't notice this until recently, but I think my bike fall did some damage to my left eye, because it's not focusing as well as my right anymore. It's not enough to warrant a contact lens or something, but it's still a little unnerving.

Thats not as bad as my other crash there bobbias, the one where I was on a bike and crashed into a car that was making a left when he shouldn't have. Long story short for everyone that doesn't know, I was biking along, guy in the opposite lane makes a left in front of me because he wasn't looking, and I crash into him breaking a figure and putting a nice size dent in his passengers side, which also resulted in him getting a long list of charges, cause he was high, drunk, in possession of drugs and had no insurance or liscence on top of not wielding the right of way(which I had). And of course, it happens 2 weeks before I go to school, and the finger broken is on my writing hand.

After watching a certain video on Youtube, I've now decided to obtain as many old TV theme songs as I can and re-arrange them so they're less than 30 seconds long, so as to fit in with the "proper" song length of today.


Why?  I dunno.

Perhaps I really like the theme to Laverne and Shirley.
Perhaps the Happy Days were too fucking happy, so they need to be shorter.
...And then there's Maude.
