I'll check out Home Depot, definitely, and Radioshack again or a different one; the one I went to was pretty small and had a limited selection.

I'm makin' a Sega Genesis md2/32x hybrid (http://www.longhornengineer.com/DIY/Neptunehowto) and adding region switches to my Saturn.

Cool, also, your not likely going to find too many electrical supplies in stock at any general store, but if you know the code, you can order it online and radio shack will ship it.
This is going in my sig. :)

BANNED FOR BAD PUNS X_x

Could anyone bother to explain port forwarding on windows XP?

As long as windows firewall is on/active, then go to the properties page of your active connection, advanced tab, click 'settings' button.

Should be a tab called 'exceptions', this is windows' way of saying 'let this program communicate to the internet' be it a game, utorrent, what-have-you.  There is a button under the exceptions list labeled 'add port'. give it a name, port number, and TCP/UDP.    You have opened/forwarded a port. yay

although I am unsure if the term forward is only from Router -> PC, because the Router is a hard firewall, and windows is software, thus saying 'opening' a port rather than forwarding it from router to pc.   <-- this paragraph says the same thing twice :D I'm tired, excuse me

I'll try that, I'm trying to get it so I can host a fight on 2DF, but it seems like that should work.

Download all the stuff for 2DF on the front page. Then you need to download sfiiin.zip and sfiii.zip, don't extract them and just place it in a file. Then go into the settings tab on the 2DF program and set your rom path the the folder holding them.

properties page of your active connection

I cannot find this D:. I'm assuming I could find it from the control panel but I don't see anything for a properties page for my connection, and out of what I do see (windows firewall, Internet Options, Network Connections) I'm still not seeing anything that looks like it will let me do that.

well if you can get to the configuration page of windows firewall, that's what we're going for here.

properties page of your active connection, i mean going to network connections, finding which one connects you to the internet, right clicking, then going to properties.

so i ordered some of dem dere pants.  i just hope they are durable, because i spent fiddy dollers on em.  though, the last pair of similar leggings i got lasted a good while, so i can't worry...and they were only like $20.  so i figure, whatever, wear em to jog and should get me a ways.  now i need some gym shorts, running shoes, and im good to go.

skater shoes (vans are fucking comfortable ok) and carpenter jeans DO NOT MAKE A GOOD JOGGING EXPERIENCE.  kind of sucks ass to be honest.

anywho.

-fiddy for the leggings
-foady for gasoline
-tweny for random shit at wal mart (razor..toothpaste...shaving cream...shredded potato...)

done spending today.

Fucking awesome. The watch that drops a corpse and keeps you hidden for about 8 more secounds seems AMAZING for small maps.

doesn't help that you can't see most of the small spots you missed till after you are out and dry.
