I heard that apple is a branch from microsoft (probably isn't true) but I would of went with the Zune, just because IPods are going down hill and they have millions of models in which they are pretty much all the same thing.

OH MY FUCKING GOD.  FUCK.

THAT POST IS SO GODDAMN STUPID THAT THE VERY FACT THAT IT'S STORED IN A DATABASE THAT EXISTS IN THE SAME DIMENSION AS ME MAKES ME ANGRY.

Also why would he get a zune?

I dunno.

The Zune isn't a bad player by any means; certainly comparable to the iPod at any rate.  I wouldn't get either...if it doesn't play OGGs I don't want it. :s

Can't you Linux up both the Zune and the iPod for compatibility?

Code: [Select]
f(u,c,k,_,y,e,a,h)
{return u*u*u*u-u*u*u*_+u*u*y-u*e+a?k?f(u+1,c,k-1,_,y,e,a,h):0:putchar(u-c+h)==f(u+1,u,k-1,_,y,e,a,h);}
main(){return f(0,0,34,84,2423,26628,72864,98)<putchar(32)>f(0,0,40,125,5809,118995,906750,96)==~putchar(10);}

I haven't heard about any mature, alternate firmwares for the Zune.  That said, I haven't actively looked for any.

The iPod works up to version 5.5.  Nobody's exploited the iPod Classic or iPod Touch yet.  You could jailbreak an iPod Touch and install a third-party player on it (provided one exists, and I'm sure it does), but that's kind of a pain.

If I were to get anything, I'd probably either get a player that supports open formats out of the box (there is at least one...forgot what it's called, but Newegg sells it) or get an eBay'd iPod and put Rockbox on it.

the new mp3 player...the IZUEN...its the Ipod Zune and Zen combined...puts all the things we love and hate about each model together and makes it into one bigger pile of crap...and It'll look like the Atari 5200...gonna post a pic of the 5200 in a minute.

I have both the 1st gen zune and a new 16 gig 2nd gen touch. They both have their advantages and disadvantages, but then again, so does everything. It's all about what you need in a product. And if it happens to not be what you need, that doesn't mean it's shitty, it just means you need something else!
I wish that cake was a lie. :(

I guess he never figured out what Willis was saying :/

IZUEN

That sounds like what a Chinese knockoff of the Zune would be called. XD

Also, I trust there's a Rolling Rock tucked away in the rear storage area of that Atari 5200?

Of course...and the power box weighs a ton.

The following will have everything funny about the 5200:

1) There is a freaking compartment in the back of the 5200...is it a closet or is it a game system (obviously it was to hold the controller/powercord/etc.)

2) The controller is a piece of shit.

3) The special game controller is as big as the Sega Genesis itself...I actually think it was the 5200 itself at first.

4) There are many other things but I must put this as the next one.

Power Glove

Obviously the power glove wasn't atari but it is still a piece of crap...now for the reasons why that sucks.

1) You need to input the codes for each game...yes, they are all unique.

2) The sensor hardly ever stayed on top/side of the TV because the one that was always lying on the side was too heavy for it to be anchored and would slip off.

3) The controls for each game were shit and didn't tell you what does what.

4) Even in MTPO (only for those who are die hard gamers) the power glove didn't work.

Now that I've gotten us all of on a tangent....YAY!!!!

The previous was all taken from the amazing videos by the AVGN...and hold true as heck.

Way long time ago though but it was kinda needed.  I love the power glove.......its so bad.  And yes, I've played top gun with the pg and landed the plane...it is really easy to lend it normally too but I think the trick is to get the right altitude and speed, as well as having the nose slightly up instead of straight or down.
