DOS stuff, what else?   It's not even set to boot into the GUI by default anymore.  The main reason that I'm using Win98 for DOS is because it supports FAT32 (which my hard drive basically needs so that the cluster size won't be a complete joke) and because it's a HELL of a lot more stable than FreeDOS (then again, running Windows 95 on a system with gobs of spyware, bad memory, a bad CPU, and a dying PSU would lead to more stable performance than running FreeDOS. period).

There's also some awesome games that don't like Windows 2000/XP very much...like the Monster Truck Madness.

Lol, you're making me remember back when win95 was my main OS... God that was unstable :/ I guess it didn't help any when I tended to fuck with every option available. Then again, that's what happens when you're 7 and just got your first computer.
