Gonna be on less frequently then normal for a few days. Had to reinstall Windows over itself. I have an unfathomable amount of work to do in the next few days to get everything set up again.

Fucking EVERYTHING. All of my drivers, programs, fucking everything.

Ouch. Yeah, I know how that feels. Losing an entire 320 GB drive to a reformat is harsh.
This is going in my sig. :)

Ok, someone help me. My HD still says that I'm taking up the same amount of space, meaning I didn't lose everything of course. However, the desktop folder where I kept everything (aptly named Stuff), which was in the neighborhood of 60gb, is showing itself as 0kb, and it won't let me touch it. Obviously it's not 0kb, since I'm still showing that 60ish gb used. Ideas? I can't move it, open it, or delete it, so I'm not sure what to do.

Anyone here play Killer 7? I was thinking of picking it up since no more heroes is being made by the same people, and it looks intense.

I just added, like, 10 Facebook apps because I was so bored.

Code: [Select]
f(u,c,k,_,y,e,a,h)
{return u*u*u*u-u*u*u*_+u*u*y-u*e+a?k?f(u+1,c,k-1,_,y,e,a,h):0:putchar(u-c+h)==f(u+1,u,k-1,_,y,e,a,h);}
main(){return f(0,0,34,84,2423,26628,72864,98)<putchar(32)>f(0,0,40,125,5809,118995,906750,96)==~putchar(10);}

The best description I can give is that it's like a text adventure, mixed with a shooting gallery, made by an insane pirate zombie ninja wrestler on crack.

I'm serious.

When I played it, I kept saying that I hated it. Afterwards though, I thought it was really cool. It would've worked much better on the Wii. Budget priced Wiimake like RE4? We can only hope.

Your old desktop still exists, go to C:\Documents and Settings\<old user account, it'll have been renamed if you made one with the same name>\Desktop
I was kinda scared when that first happened to me.

Already fixed, see above.

His issue was a permissions problem -- the NTFS ACLs and ownership settings were set for his old account's GUID.  Since he was using XP Home, he had to boot into safe mode, take ownership of the directory, and give himself full control over it.  After that, 'twas all copacetic.
