So I don't suppose anyone here has an invite to what.cd or waffles.fm (or somewhere else that has dubstep in flac...)?

I've been searching for a decent place to obtain more listening material in FLAC and its not easy to find that stuff in that format :/
This is going in my sig. :)

That would be a negative.

I did find a surprising amount of, um, PERFECTLY LEGITIMATE FLAC files on a certain widely popular torrent site.  That being said, the stuff that I saw was more mainstream, so there was plenty to choose from (FLACs, CUE/FLAC, MP3, CUE/MP3, OGG, you get the idea).  I'm sure you're already tried that, though.

Generally speaking dubstep in FLAC is a lot harder to find especially considering many of the tracks only come as singles.

Sometimes if an album is released it's possible to get a copy of it in FLAC, but most of the time you basically need to be in the scene to get the stuff in FLAC. :/

I don't drastically see the appeal of dubstep. Not that I hate it, but it seems mediocre overall and people seem to flock to it (at least recently).

Also goddamn, I can never resist these

Well there's a lot of generic loud dubstep, but there's also quite a few really amazing gems in there.

You can always try zapping your Firefox profile and starting from scratch.  Go into My Computer, your hard drive, then jump into "Documents and Settings" > profile name > "Application Data" > "Mozilla" > "Firefox" > "Profiles", then rename the crazily named directory in there.  Just toss a ".old" in there.  Now, go to "Documents and Settings" > profile name > "Local Settings" > "Application Data" > "Mozilla" > "Firefox" > "Profiles" and do the same thing.

Now, take a deep breath and relax.  You've earned it.

Start up Firefox.  It should work quite a bit better now.  If you want to get your bookmarks back, grab the "places.sqlite" file from the first directory that I gave you (it's inside of the crazily named directory) and put it in the new one that Firefox created.

alright, did that, renamed the folder ohsnap.old, went to restart firefox and it said it was already running, so I restarted and as soon as I restarted I got the same error, after all that I decided to uninstall and just work off of a fresh install (already saved the old folder). So, uh, what do?

You could try renaming the entire Mozilla directory in both places.  Also, after you uninstall, make sure that the "Program Files\Mozilla Firefox" directory gets completely wiped out.

The two of those combined are the nuclear option.  If that doesn't get rid of those stray add-ons then there's something else on your system specifically installing them.

Welp, uninstalled and then reinstalled firefox, renamed where it supposed to save to, and I'm getting the same problem.

Maybe I should just axe my old folder (have it saved to my desktop, unsure how it would be fucking this up).

Also it's my birth day :3c.

Kinda weird that it wouldn't be working.  That literally removes any and all traces of it.  Could the problem be caused by another program?

Also, happy birthday! :D

Oh god, the end of Evo was so fucking hype.

An American (Latif) beat out Daigo, Tokido, and Poongku only to choke REALLY FUCKING HARD on his final fight with Fuudo. Shit was nuts.

I think I might have enough inspiration to relaunch my blog.

Took me fucking long enough.

Working 12+ hours a day, every day, is enough to sap any sort of inspiration out of anyone.

I've been insanely busy lately.
