honda is an odd character, i haven't played him much, and ive had the most "o shit im fucking dead" to "how the hell did i win that game" comebacks than with any other character...basically dee jay or zangief. 

and i guess im getting better into ticking into spd, last dude i fought with gief was honda, and i was landing a good amount of those jumping fierce into spd(while he is in a corner), so when i get that down to like a 90% success rate, my gief will be downright scarey.  i mean, when im fighting against a gief who can land that shit all the time, it's basically bullshit, but bullshit that requires down to the milisecond timing to get down, it's hard to time, and damn almost impossible to counter.

So I installed Ubuntu Netbook Remix on my Eee. Unlike Mandriva Spring 2008.1, Ubuntu recognized my wireless card. Everything else works awesomely as well. My Eee feels useful again.

I'm not sure what's more disturbing;  the fact that he fits into one of my old white gowns, or the fact that the last time I wore that, I was at most fifteen years old...Meaning I was the size of a 22 year-old male dork when I was 14 or 15.

A bit late on the post, but I spent last weekend at my girlfriend's trailer. If there's one thing that that trailer park knows how to do, it's drink. I love going up there because it means I pretty much get to drink my face off all weekend (depending on how much I can buy, etc.) I was lucky enough that my GF and her mother were willing to buy me beer this time, since I'm kinda dirt poor at the moment.

But yeah, hopefully I can go back there on labor day weekend. That weekend, on the saturday, there's free booze for everyone, meaning that I buy a little bit to drink friday night, and then drink myself stupid for free on saturday.

Plus, the people there are cool. The trailer is technically shared between my girlfriend's grandmother and her uncle (on the other side of the family. They live together, and have some sort of relationship, but they're not related by blood). Her grandmother was a trucker, so she drinks, and jokes like the rest of us. None of that nice little old lady stereotype crap.

More pix later. Just a quick snap from my shitty phone cam, her and I on top of South Mountain here in phoenix. You can see all the way from Buckeye and Laveen to Tempe. It's a GREAT place to take girls to if they haven't been before with someone else.  Awesome thing is, there are usually a few people up on the top, but NO one was there when I took her. It couldn't have been more perfect.
