Actually, I think it's the primary function, but it's not why I got it.

Also, a while ago my headphone jack broke, so yesterday I finally got a USB headset.

EDIT: My English teacher is having the class memorize a passage from Macbeth by next Friday.

Hi thar Google/Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nielsen_Media_Research.  Basically, they determine (via hardware that's installed in televisions in select homes) how many people are watching a certain show, give them a numerical rating, and send it to the TV stations so that they know who's watching what.  I'm going to be a field technician.

Company car, company lappy, company phone, expense account, $30k/year, 401k, health care benefits, flexible hours (basically, I work when I want), with overtime.

I'm getting a 750 GB external hard drive for Christmas. My current internal hard drive is only 70 GB. I figure I'll move most everything not required to run the computer to the external and use the internal for OS's.

I've been needing more space for a while; I have about 40 GB of media burned on DVD-R's in order to make room.

Nice. :D  I ended up going with a SATA enclosure when I got my 750GB drive.  It's proven to be very handy.

* Bobbias likes internal much more than external. I have 5 SATA slots, so I could just connect them and hold them outside the case.
