The Dragonmaw Race "quests" are the worst things in the game.  Seriously, they're complete bullshit.

That said, ~12000 rep points away from exhaulted with Netherwing.  I should have my drake pretty damn soon! ;D

skyshatter took me about two hours of constant attempts to beat...but i did it, and i got my trinket which is the same as the riding crop (that i bought to do said quests) only basically proof that you beat him.

The only reason I would possibly have to waste my time going through that shitty chain is for rep.  I'm over level 70, so riding crops aren't going to do me any good.

If the reward was actually relevant to WotLK (aside from the achievement, which I don't really give two shits about now) I might consider it, but a one-time rep gain (+1500 for the two quests that I haven't done in the chain -- very simple to make that up through egg hunting) for the most frustrating quest I've ever seen just isn't worth it to me.

the rep isn't even worth the pain, i just did it because i wanted to, and this was tbc, so i actually used said trinket.

also, it isn't as bad as the damn vehicle quest in sholazar basin (the mountains where you control some rock guy in the middle of shittons of zombies), worst quest in the game imo, even worse than the zul'drak mission where you control the giant.

Some of my guildies and I got the Jenkins title/achievement tonight.

It was great.  There were two death knights in our raid and both of us hit howling blast on a group of 50+ whelps at the same time.  One of the raid members actually got disconnected due to the resulting lag and game slowdown. XD  It was enough to make my computer to only manage to draw one frame of the actual attack -- the one with all of the damage numbers on it (and that filled the entire screen).  Good times, good times.

My computer was lagging.  There's no way I could have gotten a screenshot.

Lol, I figured that was the answer. That would have been one epic screenshot if you could have gotten one though.

I love and hate patch days.  Love the new content... but I HATE the "oh yea it'll be ready by about noon."  then at 12:01, oh yea it'll be ready around 3:00.  Let's see what they have to say around 3..

Its just just blizzard, it translates to real life too :o People not doing what they say they are going to :p  I'm not complaining though, its just a minor annoyance.

Death knights seem to be getting pushed more toward being a good DPS class.  I'm not sure how I feel about frost spec's tanking being nerfed.  On the bright side, it looks like my damage output is going to increase, but on the other hand I'm going to be a bit less effective as a tank.

Maybe I'll just respec blood after I finally manage to get the damn patch installed.  Most of my gear is aimed toward DPS anyway.

DKs were always a good DPS class, it's just that you were specced wrong (Frost has been terrible for a while)

EDIT: in case I sound like an asshole, I don't think it's right, but it's true
