I had a cat, but she got too old and ended up needing to be put down. She was 19, almost 20.

I had a cat, Simpkin. He lived to about eighteen, I didn't want him to get put down. He died pretty peacefully in his bed one night.

Well, Brandy (She was a tortuous (wrong word?) shell, and was really brownish and such, and looked like brandy does, lol) refused to die. She was pretty miserable by the end, arthritic, could barely go up and down stairs, was becoming slightly senile, and had problems regulating her bowels and such. She knew she was going, and wanted a lot of attention near the end, to the point where she got really annoying. It was really sad to see her like that though, because usually she was rather ill tempered, and all that.

We didn't want to see her suffer any more, so we had her put down.

My aunt once had a cat, but the cat tried to kill her because ever since she bought the cat, she dressed it in little cat dresses and shit.  I have cat, he's very friendly.

My aunt's a bit of a batty cat lady. One of her cats had cancer, and she arranged some sort of cat chemotherapy. Can't blame her though, cats are awesome. And even then, wow.
