ok for the first time in a long time, i did stuff with friends from shortly after i woke up(little earlier than 2pm) to later in the night (bout 12:10am).
wake up
head to friends house
take off to the next town with said 4 friends
buy stuff in the "hall of heroes" (its an rpg shop)
eat
go back, do some dungeon crawling in our 4th edition game
after a big encounter, get food/eat s'more
go back to said dungeon and continue the game (the dungeon we are in is XBAWX HUEG)
finish off some battles, including an ooze solo monster, almost finish off the FIRST LEVEL of the dungeon, call it a day
so pretty much, about 7ish hours of playing in the one level of a dungeon, but its awesome, and 4th edition is awesome, and screw the haters.
level 3 dwarven cleric beeotch!
and i can't possibly see how you can disslike fourth edition, it's just more fun to play, and they improve on a lot of things.
one thing i especially like
say you roll a 20 to crit, in 3.5 you would need to re-roll to "confirm" the critical, and then "roll" the damage, so IF you make the critical, you could still do less damage than a standard attack.
in fourth edition, when you roll a 20, you hit, and you do max damage, and its awesome.
plus the dragonborn could make for some pretty good scalie pronz, the artwork in the players handbook is frekaan awesome. not to mention the players handbook is COLORFUL, and the artwork is better because of this.
