The "Is s.net becoming modular?" thread.
« on: May 31, 2008, 05:48:47 AM »
I want to say "modular", but I don't think that's the case... I just wanted to point out a trend I noticed...

It's like, "____ Thread", or "ITT: This". I dunno. It's sorta atypical I guess. Kinda cool. Ok, maybe I just wasted your time. But yeah. We have a fruit thread. Fuck yeah.

We pressed on. Shortly afterwards, we arrived in a poisonous, post-apocalyptic hell - a sprawling, toxic dumping ground stretching for a mile or two. This is the final resting place for your old TV, computer or mobile phone.

It's nicer than having EVERYTHING in the Justify thread, at any rate. :P

It's nice to see how alive this place has been as of late (hope I didn't just jinx it!).  Then again, we've had those phases since September 2004, so whatev.

HARD TO BELIEVE WE'RE GOING TO BE TURNING FUCKING FOUR THIS YEAR.  HELL YEAH.

This thread filled me with :s at first, but yeah, that makes sense, and yeah, it is kind of nice. As much as I like netj, it's tough to keep track of, it's almost just like slower IRC. More topics makes for easier discussion over time.

Yeah, the netj is more or less there only for little things that shouldn't really deserve a thread.
This is going in my sig. :)

or things people think shouldn't be in a thread but are better off having their own thread.

like the fruit discussion being split off into its own topic for example.

Well, the original post or 2 didn't deserve a thread, but it grew into a full fledged discussion.
This is going in my sig. :)
