« on: August 25, 2008, 04:50:38 PM »
In here, will be listed the steppers/songs that will be in the pack. S.net posters exclusively stepping songs they have not released previously!

If you have decided on a song, feel free to post it here. Difficulty, what have you.

spektur edit my poast if need bee.

note: use Audacity to find the first down beat/gap, and a tool called mixmeister BPM to... well you know. At least this is what I always used.

Yeah, and I may need help getting BPM/Gap right, but the steps (and image, if I actually get one) will be mine (or my GF's image....)
This is going in my sig. :)

I can help out if someone needs it.  ;)

Also, /r/ the restrictions and guidelines. Number of songs? Easy? Hard? Theme? And so on.

Personally depending on entries, 1 song each, and if people want to, they can make a second. Keyboard stuff, but nothing as hard as ODI or anything. And no theme, just make a fun, creative pack.

I'm not too good with syncing songs.  Especially with the song I'm thinking of.  x.x  So I might want someone's help on that.

Are these going to be pad files or keyboard files? Because I have an outlet for my pad songs, but not for keyboard.

Code: [Select]
f(u,c,k,_,y,e,a,h)
{return u*u*u*u-u*u*u*_+u*u*y-u*e+a?k?f(u+1,c,k-1,_,y,e,a,h):0:putchar(u-c+h)==f(u+1,u,k-1,_,y,e,a,h);}
main(){return f(0,0,34,84,2423,26628,72864,98)<putchar(32)>f(0,0,40,125,5809,118995,906750,96)==~putchar(10);}

I'd kinda wrapped up with Mungyodance right now, otherwise I'd participate. :(

Maybe I can hammer something together when I don't feel like working on retardedly difficult pad files (if anyone has MGD3, play Somnambulist Another, Chromia Rain Pro, and Inkey$ Insane...heh).

I think the pack should be based on what is fun for the stepper. Not forcing anyone to create something that they aren't comfortable with! So step what you feel most expresses your creativity!

Awesome, sounds good to me. I don't feel like making something overly hard anyways.

Yeah, my idea was mostly stuff that would be similar to what I remember the golden days of a0 releasing, stuff like HST and Reach, and all the rest of them, nothing too hard, and nothing too easy.

I'm gonna have to clean out my keyboard soon so my keys aren't sticky so I can actually test my stuff (which I'll need help synching) and so I can play the sons in the pack when it's released.
This is going in my sig. :)

Wooooo I just found the song I'm stepping!

I'm thinking we'll also allow the creation of more than one difficulty. So if someone was inclined to making the pad steps on standard or heavy, and create keyboard steps on heavy or oni.

Yeah, I usually end up making steps for a few difficulties.  Some days, I can handle playing 9's on mah feets.  Some days, a 6 just fuckin' hurts.

So I usually make standard/medium through oni/expert.  :3
