I love how battlegrounds either make you realize how undergeared you are (and, believe me, I'm royally undergeared) or make you feel like a harbinger of destruction; NEVER both. The Alliance is either so awful that I can single-handedly cut down three of them at the same time, unbuffed and without heals, or I struggle on taking down pally tanks with 40k health whose health never decreases for more than few seconds.
One thing that I really dislike is the way the players are matched up. 40 man bgs have so much more balance it's ridiculous simply because it's hard not to have enough people to fill a certain role. On Arathi Basin I had the fortune of teaming up with an entire raid full of tanks and DPS...NO dedicated healers (and the only one that actually healed anyone sucked hard -- to the point where Armegeddon and I, a warrior and DK, respectively, collectively healed ourselves almost as much as he healed everyone -- and did nothing but whine for the entire match). The Alliance side, on the other hand, had three healers. I don't think I need to even say who won that engagement. Even if the healers on the Ally side were complete shit they'd be better off than what we had.
Oh well, I guess all's fair in love and PvP (and it does work both ways, after all).
